Reservations are made for both the Community Room and the Conference Room
by contacting the Library at (660) 582-5281. There is a $25 fee for use of
the Community Room, but use of the Conference Room is free. Additional deposits
may apply if food is served.

Lewis G. Moore Community Room
Maximum occupancy is 50 people and access complies with all ADA regulations.
Groups are responsible for setting up, taking down and the cleaning of tables
and chairs. There is a kitchen to the south of the Community room if needed.
All groups using the Community Room serving any light refreshments will need
to provide a $25 deposit which will be refunded if no damage occurs. Groups
wishing to serve more than light refreshments will need to pay a nonrefundable
$25 fee in addition to the $25 deposit.
Organizations holding meetings assume responsibility for any damage to room or contents.
No alcoholic beverages are allowed.
No smoking is allowed.
Ruth H. Robb Price Conference Room
Maximum occupancy is 12 people. No food or drinks are allowed in the Conference Room.
